We'll walk through how to form an CA LLC as well as a DE LLC and register it in CA.

LLC Operating Agreement
You'll also leave the workshop with an understanding of why you need an LLC operating agreement and your first draft.
AB5 Protection
Although there is still a lot up in the air around AB5,being a B2B contractor (i.e. having a seperate legal entity like an LLC that do work under) can exempt you from the restrictions of the law.
Having a legal entity, like an LLC, may make clients feel more comfortable hiring you.
