Event Description:
AHOY MATEY! Every year Shoreline Village is taken over by dozens of pirates turning the waterfront into a swashbuckling adventure enjoyed by all. Guests young and old are encouraged to come dressed in their best pirate garb and join in the fun. The kids will have a blast with pirate-themed activities including pirate bands, skits, balloon artists, face painters and a treasure hunt. Spirit Cruises’ crew will be dressed as pirates and offering onboard harbor tours. There will be a small fee for the pirate themed cruises. Joust Kidding will perform on both days and Ship of Fools will perform on the Off Boardwalk Stage on Saturday. At Shoreline Village this year’s antics include swordfights, plays, pirate bands, bullwhip tricks, magicians and much more. There will be costume contests for all age groups and plenty of photo ops with your favorite pirates, including Capt. Hook, Capt. Jack Sparrow and Davey Jones look-a-likes. On Saturday night there will be special performances of fire manipulation and fire dancers.
