Now in its fifth year, Conversations in Place continues its illuminating exploration of Southern California’s cultures, politics, ecologies, and trajectories into the future. On September 11, 2016 in the first of three conversations, moderator Alan Pullman will join Long Beach Mayor Robert Garcia and Wayne Ratkovich, Deborah Weintraub, and Char Miller to discuss how designs both new and renewed will improve the quality of urban life and bridge the divides between communities.
