These films also help connect the audience to a greater purpose and drive supporters to donate generously\, providing scholarships and much needed support to uplift the youth of our city.\n\nMr. Phillip Redd\, Director of Programs at Boys & Girls Clubs of Long Beach\, has over 20 years of experience championing youth in our community\, helping them reach their full potential. He has a natural ability to connect with and motivate young people to realize their true value. Mr Redd is the full embodiment of when passion meets purpose.\n\nFor more than 20 years\, Michael Wolfgang Bauch has been telling stories through film that illuminate people\, purpose\, and place.
