DESCRIPTION:Join the Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce for our Monthly Good Afternoon Long Beach Networking Luncheon!\n\n\n\nDue to the Long Beach Grand Prix schedule\, this luncheon will be replacing the regular 2nd Tuesday of the month luncheon.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFeaturing our Incoming Chair of the Board\, Chris Reese of CSULB. \n\n\n\nOur April luncheon is home to our annual Chamber membership meeting! Join us and hear about all of the exciting upcoming programs and projects the Chamber is championing!\n\n\n\nChris Reese\, Associate Vice President of University Relations at California State University\, Long Beach\, oversees the University Relations Department\, specializing in advancing the cause of higher education as lead advocate with public officials\, community and business leaders\, alumni\, and key constituencies to advance the University's mission and goals. University Relations includes key components of university constituent engagement   Government\, Community\, Corporate and Foundation Relations\, Alumni Engagement\, Board Engagement\, University Events\, Leadership Giving\, and Stewardship. He also serves as secretary of the Long Beach State Foundation Board of Directors.\n\n\n\n\n\n* Please note that during this special meeting\, we will have a different format than usual. Therefore\, will not feature the 30 second elevator pitches during this program. Instead\, we will be focusing on goals for the upcoming year and spotlight our incoming Board members for 2026-2027.\n\n\n\nOur regular scheduled programs (anniversary acknowledgements and elevator pitches) will continue for our May luncheon.
